Products, prices and your order
Dauraa sells fragrances through this store in Pakistan. Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Please check the selected fragrance, quantity and current product information before ordering. The final order summary is shown at checkout.
Provide an accurate name, telephone number and delivery address so we can process your order. An order acknowledgement records the details you submitted. Availability, payment and any information needed to fulfil the order are checked before dispatch; we will contact you if a detail needs to be resolved.
Payment and delivery
You may select Cash on Delivery or the manual transfer option available at checkout. With Cash on Delivery, payment is due when the order arrives. For a bank or wallet transfer, follow the payment instructions and include your order number or share the transaction reference so payment can be matched to the order.
Manual payments are checked before dispatch. Do not send a second payment without checking the status of the first with us. We will never need your banking password, PIN or one-time code to confirm an order.
Delivery arrangements depend on the address and courier service. Contact us for an update on an existing order. If your address or contact details need correcting, tell us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Returns, exchanges and order concerns
Dauraa does not offer returns or exchanges. Please choose your fragrance carefully and contact us before ordering if you need help understanding a product.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or another problem occurs with your order, contact 0329 6161349 with your order number, a description of the issue and any relevant photographs. We will review the details and advise you on the next steps. This policy does not remove any rights that apply under law.
For a payment made against an order that cannot be fulfilled, contact us with the order and transaction details so we can resolve the payment.
