Shopping with Dauraa
At checkout, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, products, quantities and order details you provide. Order records include the payment method and order status. If you create an account, we also keep the information needed to manage that account.
When you contact us, we receive the details and any photographs or payment reference you choose to share. Please avoid sending passwords, PINs, one-time codes or unrelated financial information.
We use order details to process purchases, arrange delivery, confirm a manual payment, provide order updates and answer support requests. Account information helps you sign in and view your purchases. Store administrators and people assisting with fulfilment or customer support can access information needed for those tasks.
Your recipient name, delivery address, contact number and relevant order information are shared with the courier handling your delivery.
Dauraa offers Cash on Delivery and manual transfer options. For a transfer, your bank or payment provider handles the transaction under its own privacy terms. We may use the transfer reference or proof you provide to match payment to your order. Our checkout does not ask for a card number, bank password or PIN.

Order and account records are kept for store administration, fulfilment and customer support. You can contact us to ask about the information associated with your account or order, request a copy or correction, or request deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request.
Some information may need to remain where it is necessary to manage an outstanding order, a transaction record or an applicable obligation. We will explain this when responding to a request. If our store practices change, we will update this page.
